Software license
Advanced Ideas hereby grants you a license to use the demonstration version of InformUser indefinitely on up to ten workstations. After purchasing InformUser, you will be granted a license to use the software on as many machines as you purchased licenses for. If, after purchasing the software, you determine that the software does not operate to your satisfaction, Advanced Ideas may, at its discretion, refund all or part of the money you paid, but is under no obligation to do so. You are encouraged to make full use of the evaluation before purchasing.
You may not lease, rent, merge, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
This license is effective until terminated. This license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of the license. You may also voluntarily terminate this license at any time. Upon termination, you agree to destroy or purge all copies of the software and notify Advanced Ideas that you have done so.
InformUser is owned by Advanced Ideas, and this license only permits you to use it. This license is nontransferable. You are permitted to distribute the software by any electronic means; however, you may not distribute or transfer the license/activation key(s) sent to you when you purchase the software.
If you are interested in distributing a demonstration version or a fully licensed version of this product with another product or place the software on a compact disc or any other physical media, please contact Advanced Ideas at info@informuser.com.
In the event of a dispute pursuant to this agreement, the laws of the State of California in effect at the time of acceptance of the agreement shall be applied. Likewise, the state of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute In the event of a dispute pursuant to this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees along with costs of suit.
Disclaimer of warranty
Scott Gruby, d.b.a. Advanced Ideas, hereby disclaims all warranties relating to InformUser, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Advanced Ideas will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages due to loss of data or any other reason, even if Advanced Ideas or its agent has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Advanced Ideas be liable for any damages, regardless of the form of the claim. The person using the software bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the software.
